Quick artwork guidelines

Use these practical checks before submitting your design.

Preferred file types PDF and PNG are best. JPG, JPEG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, and TIFF are also accepted.
Best raster setting Use PNG at 300 DPI at the intended print size whenever possible.
Need designer help? Select Designer Help if you want BSiPromos to review sizing, cleanup, or minor artwork adjustments.
Print what is submitted Only include artwork you want printed. Extra elements or unused artboards can cause issues.
Keep hard edges clean Soft or accidental transparent edges can affect the final print result.
Backgrounds will print If a background is present in the artwork, it may print unless it is properly removed.
Convert fonts to outlines Convert live text to outlines or curves before export to avoid font replacement issues.
